How does AI dashboard generation work?
On Pro and Team plans, you can click "Generate with AI" inside any dashboard editor. DataRich analyzes your spreadsheet columns and sample data using DeepSeek AI, then suggests the best chart types, titles, and column mappings. You get up to 300 AI generations per month — enough for ~10 dashboards per day. Unused generations do not roll over.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my dashboard limit on the Free plan?
You won't lose existing dashboards, but you won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or delete an existing dashboard. We'll show a clear notice before you hit the limit.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes — annual billing is available and saves you 2 months compared to monthly billing (equivalent to ~17% off). You can switch to annual at any time from your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
